Service Level Agreement

We will use reasonable endeavours to provide you, the customer, with a 99.99% uptime of our hosted cloud server and CDN (site caching & GeoDNS) services. Should the server and caching services fall below this you will have credited back to your account the hosting subscription fees (calculated per hour) for the period of time that the server or service was unavailable.

Our support engineers and developers will backup website data before making changes. If the customer has a staging server then code changes or software updates will be done on the development copy first and we will perform tests before putting the changes/updates live. Your server availability and key resources will be monitored 24/7 and any alerts are sent to our support team when threshold parameters are exceeded.
