Can I change my monthly package as my business needs change?
Of course! You can switch your package at anytime, just give us one months notice.

I need a new website. How much would that cost?
Before we can quote for a new website, we would first need to discuss your brief. However, as a guide, website builds start from £5,000 (excl. VAT) for a simple website.
I'm not a digital marketing expert. I don't know how to brief my website requirements?
No problem, we can help! We have briefing forms that will help you to document your business needs. And we'd be happy to talk through your business requirements with you and explain our recommended approach. We'll also do our best to avoid digital jargon where we can!
Our monthly hosting and development packages
*Price excludes VAT and setup fees may apply.
**Standard server specification is 2 Processing Core, 4GB RAM and 50GB SSD hard drive.
***Excludes cost of third party software licenses or hardware
****Low time tasks are customer requests that would take no longer than 4 hours to complete. Each task will be scheduled after the completion of any previous request.
Service Level Agreement
We will use reasonable endeavours to provide you, the customer, with a 99.99% uptime of our hosted cloud server and CDN (site caching & WAF) services. Should the server and caching services fall below this you will have credited back to your account the hosting subscription fees (calculated per hour) for the period of time that the server or service was unavailable.
Acknowledgement of urgent request and initial response, in normal working hours
Resolution of urgent request, deemed critical to application uptime by investigation, during normal working hours
Completion of low time (<4hours) non-critical requests
Completed with in 5 working days from receipt of the request or completion of any pre-existing request.
Out of normal working hour’s non-critical requests
Scheduled on a per request basis (additional fees may apply)
Our support engineers and developers will backup website data before making changes. If the customer has a staging server then code changes or software updates will be done on the development copy first and we will perform tests before putting the changes/updates live. Your server availability and key resources will be monitored 24/7 and any alerts are sent to our support team when threshold parameters are exceeded.
